Orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS. Flat rate $3.95 — free on orders over $20. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. We currently ship within the United States.
Because our products are personal-care items, we can't accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email indisoap2022@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order (name, address, email). Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We don't sell or share your information.
Our products are for external use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Handmade products vary slightly in color, weight and appearance — that's the nature (and charm) of small batches.
