Because our products are personal care items, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons. However, we handle every concern on a case-by-case basis — and our goal is always for you to be completely happy with your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you received doesn't match its description (different scent, texture, or appearance than shown), please contact us. We take product accuracy seriously. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
