If you receive the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of what you received, and we'll send the correct product immediately. No need to return the wrong item — keep it or dispose of it, whichever you prefer.
If the product you received doesn't match its description (different scent, texture, or appearance than shown), please contact us. We take product accuracy seriously. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
