1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET Mon–Fri typically ship same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends ship the following business day.

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

2. Domestic (US) Shipping

All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground. PO Boxes are supported via Standard Ground only.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.

Estimated international delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

4. Packaging

Every order is wrapped in tissue and placed in a branded Indi's Soap box, then cushioned with recycled paper materials. We believe the unboxing experience should feel like receiving a gift — even when it's just yourself.

For gift orders, we can include a handwritten note at no extra charge. Add your message in the order notes at checkout.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also view order status at any time in your email confirmation.

If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of order confirmation, please check your spam folder, then contact us at indisoap2022@gmail.com.

6. Delays & Issues

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays outside our control (weather, peak seasons, customs) may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours before contacting us — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they've actually arrived.

For damaged packages, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
