Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you before processing orders affected by such errors.
Note: Our products are handmade — slight variations in color, scent, and appearance are natural and do not constitute a defect.
By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate. We accept payments via Stripe Checkout. Orders are only confirmed and processed upon receipt of full payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates these terms, at our sole discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. We ship to domestic (US) and select international addresses. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit once handed to the carrier.
Due to the nature of our products (personal care items), we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used products. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
